Prioridades en la vida de los españoles

What do we Spaniards give importance to? Have we changed with confinement? This book allows us to get to know ourselves as a society and perceive the response that we Spaniards have given to the great stigma of the pandemic suffered. Through a rigorous and deep analysis, we will know what we value, in essence, in relation to aspects such as friendship, religion, politics, leisure, family or work. This research also focuses on people's ability to adapt to extraordinary circumstances. In this sense, the aim is to evaluate what is known as "post-traumatic growth", that is, the emotional and cognitive improvement that the population experiences after being subjected to, and overcoming, adverse circumstances such as social isolation or having suffered from covid-19. The recommendations in this book refer to and are addressed to citizens, politicians, journalists, businessmen, unions... We are all concerned to improve the radiography of our country after the pandemic. Health, affection, inequality or respect are core concepts that run through these pages in which the scenario of uncertainty experienced in one of the most critical periods is defined. Learning from what has been experienced is in our hands.
