Poetandreak

This book contains the texts and testimonies of women who have come down to us over the eleven centuries of Classical Antiquity, from Sappho to Fabia Aconia Paulina, a total of twenty-four poetesses. There are translations of poems collected from two languages, originally composed in Greek and Latin. On the other hand, this anthology does not include those of that period, but creative women who distance themselves from the true sense of Classical Antiquity in terms of subject matter or interest, such as several Christian poets.
