Nunca serás inocente

Mateu Garriga, after the murder of his mother, of which he constantly relives horrific images, is welcomed, along with his brother Gabriel, by his uncle Ernest's family. Both will grow up in a fierce Barcelona with an uncertain future, and will forge their future as workers in a textile factory. Gabriel will fool around with trade unionism and violent groups, and Mateu will be involved in a series of situations that will lead him to commit a heinous crime. He, a just man with iron principles, will end up becoming a gunman. In the years of union struggle, gunmen and police repression, which meant a bloodbath for the city, the Garriga brothers will not be able to avoid the violence in which Barcelona is plunged, and revenge will be the only path to redemption.
