Nuestros muertos

Ribas, Rosa

Several years have passed since the Hernández, detectives in the Sant Andreu neighborhood, had to close their agency. The world has changed and the family has broken up: Mateo, the father, works in an office in the upper part of Barcelona; Amalia, in a company specializing in security, and Nora, who always wanted to lead a quiet life, teaches at a night academy. Although they do not recognize it, they have shared many cases in the past, some dead and, as much as they want to avoid it, some pending account, which Lola, the matriarch, reminds them of. Also so that they will inevitably meet again, and act together. Will the agency reopen? Our dead is the highly anticipated and brilliant continuation of An All Too Familiar Affair and The Good Sons, a police series that also tells the story of a dysfunctional family. Secrets that are kept quiet, living with some mental illnesses, and above all the intelligence to solve very current issues, are intermingled in a very recognizable part of Barcelona today.
