After spending five years in prison for the tragic mistake that cost the life of her great love Scott, Kenna Rowan returns home with one wish: to hug her four-year-old daughter Diem, who lives with Scott's parents and the one he hasn't seen since he was born. The only person who hasn't closed the door completely on him is Ledger Ward, owner of the local bar and one of the few remaining ties he has to Diem.
