An acid fable about the reality of work and our personal goals. You are not your job is a business novel that wraps a sad current message in humor: professionals of very different profiles and industries suffer an accelerated process of emotional disconnection with their work. In some countries there is the so-called Great Resignation, in others there is the difficulty of attracting and keeping talent, and the worst consequence, already everywhere, is an increase in health problems associated with burnout.
