A student of Fine Arts conquered by the theater, the first form of humor that Mir conceived was that of cartoons and comic strips: talking flies, clumsy suicides, deranged bathers... He began to cultivate this genre at the end of the seventies and he has continued to do so as long as life allowed him. Even during the coronavirus pandemic, in full confinement, he chose the pencil as a particular daily gymnastics to portray the inexhaustible surrealism that surrounds us.
