This novel is the story of the discontent of certain social and political forces of viceroyalty Mexico that leads them to rebel against the Spanish colonizers. The author is responsible for demystifying the heroic deed of Independence and transforms it into a succession of entertaining plots and adventures narrated from an original perspective. The conspirators meet clandestinely, intrigue, recruit friends, hatch plans, make weapons... until a decisive factor occurs in the story.
