Lordemano

9th century. Hrolf Ragnallson has left his native Norway behind to settle with the rest of his family in distant Erin, where he will become a man, earn his first scars in battle, and awaken love. Before the decline of his father, Hrolf, as the first-born, will be in charge of captaining the Eagle of Storms and directing his men to other coasts, in the hope of obtaining fortune and renown. Attracted by the legendary riches of al-Andalus, the great Viking fleet sets its sights on the Iberian Peninsula. On their journey to the south, the Nordic ships arrive on the shores of Gallecia. They trust in looting everything they find in their path without difficulty, they ignore that Ramiro, the Asturian king, has decided to fight. Despite the courage shown by Hrolf, the Viking army is defeated, many of his ships are burned and he himself is captured by a group of Asturians.
