This edition presents a whole set of novelties with respect to the 2022 edition, since since its publication, multiple modifications have been incorporated to the Labor Law and Social Security legislation. We are, without a doubt, facing a tremendously fertile year in regulatory changes. From the outset, we find how an important modernization of employment regulation has taken place. On the other hand, there has been a whole set of regulatory changes with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the regulation on gender equality. But, above all, the modifications have occurred in the field of Social Security, which has been affected by a whole set of regulations that have introduced multiple changes.
