La ratonera

Christie, Agatha

Giles and Mollie Ralston have just opened a boarding house in an old mansion that Mollie has inherited, and they just want the first people they take in to have a peaceful stay. However, when a heavy snowfall leaves Monkswell Manor completely cut off from communication, the news Sergeant Trotter provides them is not very reassuring: the guests of the boarding house are under the threat of possible murder. Nobody seems to give much credit to the agent's words until one of the guests is found dead. Everyone will then understand that the murderer has already arrived and is one of them. The most performed play in history.
