What better way can you reflect on your own teaching practice than by observing it and discussing it with an equal or an expert? This also allows for the generation of a space for reflection to share and produces transfer from one classroom to another. Teacher evaluation should not be an evaluation "of the teachers", but rather "with the teachers". The probability that a teacher applies innovative pedagogies increases when she observes other classrooms, other centers and participates in professional collaboration networks. This work represents a practical approach to class observation, especially peer observation, and the type of decisions that are made, from a growth mindset and with the aim of achieving educational improvement challenges for students.
