La música (pop) y nosotros

This is a book about the happiness that is knowing how to listen to music, wanting to listen to music, having to listen to music. All this is about tastes, knowledge and passion, but ultimately taste. It is about doing by wanting and wanting without being able to avoid it. Music is much more than art. And being art is culture. And being culture is an emotional communication tool that contributes to the social construction of reality. It is not an art outside of time, it is an expression of the spirit of an era in a certain social context. Music allows us to get to know each other and understand our surroundings. It is an essential part of reality. From social reality. My essay on the essential emotions that music gives us today is written from my literary vision of a fabulous phenomenon and from my analytical capacity as a historian. For me (and for many who feel and think in a very similar way to mine) music and what I think it means to still listen to it, love it, consider it. And the music in this book, yes, it is pop music. Essentially.
