La libertad interior

Hernàndez, Gaspar

Here's a great little book about true freedom, inner freedom. Taking as reference some of the great masters of psychology and spirituality, Gaspar Hernández breaks down the obstacles that prevent us from being truly free. Some of them are fear, the majority of thoughts, what we say to each other every day, or the character that we think we are and that we confuse with our true identity. In a very close tone, halfway between the newspaper and the essay, he explains the steps to achieve the "freedom without limits" of which the psychologist Antonio Blay Fontcuberta spoke. The freedom to reduce the conditions that affect us and decide how to feel in any situation already resides in us, we just have to find it.
