Early in Batman's career, a fierce rivalry arose between two of his main enemies: the Joker and Edward Nigma, better known as the Riddler. United by hatred for the Dark Knight, but faced with an obsession to become his greatest antagonist, they began recruiting several prominent members of his fledgling gallery of villains. Clayface, Two-Face, Poison Ivy, the Scarecrow, Killer Croc, and the world's two deadliest mercenaries, Deathstroke and Deadshot, were just a few. Yet perhaps the one who suffered the most devastating consequences was a petty criminal, Charlie Brown, who would change forever in the process. The escalation of violence did not stop claiming fatalities, and the solution that settled the conflict was as inventive as it was unexpected... although it will only be revealed today, when Bruce Wayne finishes his narration before Selina Kyle -and the readers of this I take- what happened then.
