Between 1935 and 1936 Manuel and Antonio Machado wrote The Goddess Reason, set at the beginning of the French Revolution around Teresa Cabarrús, a key figure in the fall of the Jacobin Terror. The manuscript, which suffered the consequences of the civil war, has been recovered by the Unicaja Foundation and restored in this edition by Rafael Alarcón Sierra and Antonio Rodríguez Almodóvar.
