A year has passed since an oil tanker accident caused a major oil slick. Otero, Undersecretary of Fisheries of the regional government, presents an advertising campaign to the media announcing the recovery of the coast and the fishing sector. In reality, it is an exercise in information manipulation that seeks to silence criticism of the political management of the ecological catastrophe. Sailors, journalists, merchants and volunteers are the other great actors in this choral drama, which gains in nuance and depth as the development of the story -told in reverse- unfolds before the reader.
