La carretera

In an apocalyptic world where it rains ash, a man and a boy cross the North American territory on foot heading south. Hunger is much more than a daily concern: it is the measure of all things, and gangs of cannibals devastate the country that has become a wasteland where only barbarism has taken root. A father's love for his son is, however, the only light in a land that has lost its gods. Perhaps the fire of civilization has not gone out forever.
