And, without hesitating twice, he decides to follow the advice to the letter and starts a tour of the five main lighthouses on the island of Menorca, which will show him how to improve his communication and make it more memorable. Observing them carefully, Ferran finds in each beacon a key that will help his messages reach their recipients clearly and effectively.
