Hermosos perdedores

The protagonist of Beautiful Losers has only loved three people in his life, and all three are dead. Establishing a torrid but also suffocating triangle of passion, Leonard Cohen portrays the web of a love obsession that orbits around the personality of Catherine Takakwitha, a 17th century Catholic laywoman who ended up becoming a saint. This mystical figure joins the other two central characters in the plot, recently deceased and that the author cannot but invoke: Edith, his wife, and his great friend F.
