Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público

In this new edition of the "Basic Statute of the Public Employee" the intended objective has the unifying character that embodies all consolidated text, which has been done through the updating, clarification and harmonization of the different laws that comprise it, giving rise to a new, complete and systematic text. The work, headed by a prologue that analyzes the scope of the Basic Statute of Public Employees, is complemented by a detailed system of notes, in which the different precepts of the Statute are related to each other and to other regulations on public employment. Finally, a broad analytical index is provided that allows rapid handling of the work.
