Entre pandemia y pospandemia
¿retorno al pasado? : un águila imperial sobrevuela a un cisne negro
Rodríguez Ortiz, Francisco
Both the pandemic, a systemic crisis that caused a global recession in 2020 of unknown scope since the Great Depression of the 1930s, and its exit, after the strong economic rebound of 2021, which tends to lose intensity, call into question and They question the previous model of globalization. The future does not have to be a linear extension of the present, even though, logically, the human being prefers to function in an environment of certainties and anchored customs. This work is a current and rigorous essay on the economic policies of the European Union, in general, and of Spain, in particular, which have been carried out during the period from the start of the pandemic to the present moment. The pandemic and the policies undertaken to get out of the crisis affect the economic paradigms under which the large economies have been developing. Are we facing a transitory radical turn or are these new times of a more radical rupture announcing that the past is useless? Without a doubt, the multiple ruptures induced by the pandemic and the economic surprises that the exit from the recession is bringing force rethink the future of our societies.
