Who are the giggles and what is The Chof Method? Very simple: the Giggles are tiny and stealthy beings, who when they laugh they do hee hee hee so as not to attract anyone's attention. They follow children to make sure adults treat them well. And if an adult misbehaves... they apply the Chof Method. If they send the children to bed without dinner, or scare them, they apply the Chof Method. If they are not sincere with the children, they apply the Chof Method to them. Ugh, how cruel adults are sometimes... right? But what is the Chof Method? Well that's the best of all, but we can't tell it here, the Giggles wouldn't forgive us. Let's just say that Method CHOF is the sound your foot makes when you step on a huge, sticky... ahem. Better open the book. And look where you step.
