Chakras

The universe offers us energy, and all civilizations have been quite aware of it. The ancient Chinese called it "chi" and based much of their traditional medicine on it. The Japanese, for their part, called it "ki". The Hindus, in turn, called it "prana". And it is precisely from the rich Hindu tradition that the notion of "chakras" derives: energy nuclei located in a kind of imaginary vertical line that goes from the perineum to the area of the aura, which is above the crown of the head. The chakras are seven (at least, those considered as main by the Hindu tradition), and each one of them has a certain energetic vibration, it is related to an aspect of our life; influences a series of organs and functions of the organism; it models part of our psychological, emotional and spiritual aspect, and opens up a whole series of correspondences.
