Bailando juntos
la cara oculta del amor en la pareja y en la familia
Garriga Bacardí, Joan
The couple's relationship is a dance and it should be articulated correctly. The research focus of this book constantly surrounds this question: how is this dance articulated to two? In this work, Joan Garriga delves into some powerful ideas that are not as well developed in his first and successful book El Buen Amor en la Pareja. It illustrates universal themes about the darkest side of love that address us all at some point in our lives: the presence of ghosts from the past, unequal love, the loss of a child, communication problems ... And leads him to carried out through conceptual reflections, together with the practical exposition of real cases treated by himself in his family constellation therapies, as an attempt to bring the invisible to the visible, to make the dark light, and thus better understand what works in the hidden face of love. This is a more practical book than the previous one. Joan Garriga shows us which are the less conscious, underlying dynamics that help us understand what is happening on the surface and within the couple: how their members relate, what they need to understand and release, what ties lead them, how they manage to be well together and why they succeed, how they overcome problems and what contributes to it. The objective of the book is to help to think and understand, but above all to give the keys to work with oneself and gain the capacity for love, truth, peace and freedom.
