Arquitectura moderna y ciudad

The book traces the different histories of modern architecture to define the founding period of the masters and the avant-garde, and understand the spread of the Modern Movement with its criticisms and contradictions. A second block allows us to talk about current architecture and confront the problems of the contemporary city, avoiding the language of the specialist. To this end, five questions are formulated about the current role of architecture and up to ten different "project strategies" are proposed. Finally, the challenges that architecture can solve in a process of strong digital mutation that points towards a more sustainable society are addressed.
